As per the Singapore Airlines Refund Policy , You must return your ticket by the cutoff time specified on your reservation in order to be eligible for a discount. If you've purchased a ticket for travel to or from the USA, you may cancel it without penalty within 24 hours of making the reservation as long as it was done more than a week before your flight is scheduled to depart.
